The bride who was given away by Mr. W. Nanghton an old friend of the family, looked charming in a beautiful dress of white silk trimmed with white chiffon, chiffon hat with ostrich feathers and orange blossoms She also carried a lovely bouquet of white roses and maiden hair terns.

Three bridesmaids were in attendance these being Miss Bertha Pead a younger sister of the bride and Queenie and Violet Quinn two tiny nieces, the former wearing a grey cashmere dross trimmed with grey moire silk and a hat trimmed with pink roses, sunshade to match while the two little bridesmaids wore dresses of pink and blue chillon respectively and hats to match. Mrs. Pead the mother of the bride wore a dress of black silk trimmed with jet, and bonnet to match, Miss Pead a navy cashmere dress trimmed with navy fringe and a white hat trimmed with ostrich feathers and Miss Mildred Pead a dress of pink nun's veiling and a lemon lace hat.
