      WHITEHURST. In sad but loving memory of my dear husband and our father, Robert Whitehurst, who departed this life May 24th, 1913, at Perth Hospital. Seven years today the message came from God,
      Who thought it best to take you from this weary world
      To give you peace and rest.
      God takes our loved ones from our home,
      But never from our hearts.
      Time changes many things,
      But memory, like the ivy, clings.

      The funeral of the late Mr. Robert Charles Whitehurst, late of Mullewa and Geraldton, took place on Sunday afternoon last in the Roman Catholic portion of the Karrakatta Cemetery, and was largely attended. The chief mourners were

      A large number of wreaths and floral tributes were received. The Rev. T. Masterton officiated at the graveside and the funeral arrangements were carried out by Mr. Donald J. Chipper.
