    NOTiCE is hereby given that the partnership lately subsisting between Merton Fitzpatrick James Fitzpatrick Elizabeth Mary Ann Collins and Rose Emma Lewer carrying on the business of pastorallsts in the Gascoyne District under the firm name of "The Dairy Creek Pastoral Company" has been dissolved from the 1st day of February 1918 so far as the said Merton Fitzpatrick is concerned who has retired from the said partnership. The partnership business will from the 1st day of February 1918 be carried on by James Fitzpatrick Elisabeth Mary Ann Collins and Rose Emma Lewar under the name of "The Dairy Creek Pastoral Company."

      MR. JAMES FITZPATRICK

      We regret to announce the death of Mr. James Fitzpatrick, which took place at Dairy Creek Station on Monday last.

      The deceased gentleman was widely known throughout the Gas-ooyne and Murchison districts.

      He belonged to one of the pioneering families of the Gascoyne, his father, the late Mr. John Fitzpatrick having arrived here with his family in the early eighties, and settled down in the pastoral industry on the upper reaches of the Gascoyne River. [2]
