      PEAD On February 12 1919, at Perth, Alexander Frederick, second eldest son of the late Mr. Alfred Pead (Geraldton) and Mrs Ellen Pead (118 Broome street, Perth) brother of Messrs William, Cecil, Harold Pead, and Mrs. Ottaway (Perth), Mrs. Haddy and Mrs Haigh (Geraldton) Mrs. Enright (Cottosloe Beach) and Mrs J Molley (Sydney) aged 51 years. [2]

      Mr Alex F. Pead, second eldest son of the late Alfred and Mrs Ellen Pead old residents of Geraidton, died on Wednesday last in. Perth, aged 51. Deceased was a brother of Mrs S. Haddy and Mrs A. W Haigh and was well known in the Victoria and Murchison districts. At the time of his death he was the licensee of the Cannington Hotel. [3]
