A reception was afterwards held, at Walton le Dale, West Parade, East Perth, where some 60 guests sat down to a sumptuous re past, presided over by Mr. Farr, a very old friend of the bridegroom's family, who performed his part in a very capable manner. A feature of the wed ding breakfast was the handsome cake (made, by the bridegroom's mother), which attracted favourable comment from all round the board.
