- 1911 'Family Notices
The funeral of the late Mrs. Minnie Matilda Pyke, wife of Mr. George Henry Pyke, and daughter of the late Mr. Thomas Wimbridge, commissary officer, took place on Sunday afternoon last, in the Church of England portion of the Fremantle Cemetery and was well attended.
The deceased, who was 46 years of age, was born at Perth, and had resided at Fremantle for the last 20 years The pall bearers were Messrs.

Roy Robinson son, and J. Harrington.
The chief mourn-ers were
Mr. G. H. Pyke, widower;
the Misses Frances Eleanor, Ida Maud, Louise Ethel, and Vera May Pyke, daughters.

Numerous wreaths, floral tributes, and many letters and telegrams of sympathy were received. The Rev. F. T. Bowen officiated at the grave, and the funeral arrangements were carried out by Messrs. Arthur E. Davies and Co..
